Who We Work With
We understand the challenges and pressures facing asset managers operating commercial property and the struggle to maximise value through the control of costs and maximising rental income. For us this starts right from acquisition of the building whereby we accurately forecast any short, medium or long term expenditures allowing clients to better plan their property models and avoid spikes in capital investment.
During ownership we seek to plan and programme maintenance, vet tenants works and push to maximise dilapidations recovery. We pride ourselves in our ‘bigger picture’ approach allowing us to take a commercial stance at every opportunity and prioritising our clients ultimate objectives. We achieve this through carefully considered refurbishment plans, intricate programme management to minimise all void periods, and exemplar communication with our client team.
Our strategic advice extends from single property owners through to corporate investors with the scope of our advice tailored to suit each clients specific requirements.
A balance of commercial awareness and technical knowledge is fundamental to effectively advising on the acquisition or disposal of a commercial asset. We adopt a fundamentally objective approach which seeks to identify and delivery against our clients specific objectives, not simply providing a generic survey report. This allows investors to effectively rationalise risk and identify areas for opportunity.
We aim to provide holistic advice allowing clients to reach their wider strategic goals, tailoring our services and reporting structure to accommodate.
Occupiers & Leaseholders
When working for tenants we aim for simplicity, allowing you to focus on your business, and us to manage your property matters.
We provide a host of tailored services from acquisition stage which include advising on the requirement for a schedule of condition, detailing expected repairing obligations, and maintenance forecasting. During occupation we help to plan and manage any fit out works required to meet your occupational requirements.
At lease end we have extensive knowledge in the strategic planning required to effectively manage your exit strategy to ensure minimal disruption and best value. We do this by advising on break notices, lease surrender’s and negotiation of dilapidation claims.
We have delivered successful projects and survey instructions to a variety of clients, including property funds, banks, investors, private clients and corporate occupiers across the following asset types;
