BEN STELL - MRICS
Ben has extensive experience with both the public and private sector, advising clients on Building Surveys for acquisitions as part of both stand alone and portfolio acquisitions. Ben has acted on behalf of both landlords and tenants preparing and defending schedules of dilapidations.
Prior to Trinovant, Ben worked for major national and international surveying practices, undertaking construction projects and building surveys for tenants and property owners in the UK and across Europe. Before entering the property industry, Ben was a Captain in the British Army.
WILL SHEPPARD - MRICS
Will has a wide Building Surveying skillset including Project Management of new build schemes, Contract Administration, and Reinstatement Cost Assessments. Will is an expert at advising on and implementing strategic asset plans, utilising strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Will is passionate about providing excellent end to end client services across the property life cycle including due diligence and dilapidations advice.
Prior to joining Trinovant Will worked at JLL, working with both multinational corporations and private sector clients.
GEORGE LONG - MRICS
George has over 15 years’ experience working in the industry with the majority of his experience being within the industrial and office sector. With a wide range of Building Surveying specialisms, George has a working understanding of all aspects of the property cycle including site acquisition due diligence, planning, project management, detail design, licences to alter, dilapidations and refurbishments.
Georges clear and commercial advice to clients has helped steer projects to completing on time and budgets as well as aiding clients with purchases and disposals.
Prior to joining Trinovant, George spent 10 years at BNP Paribas Real Estate where he was the Director lead for the Investment team within the Building Consultancy department.
PHIL ROWLANDSON - MRICS
Phil specialises in commercial building surveying and project management having spent the last 10+ years delivering a host of prestigious projects and complex acquisition transactions.
Phil leads Trinovant's North West offering, drawing on his skillset from previous stints at CBRE & Malcom Hollis.
Through consistently delivering beyond scope, Phil has reached the status of 'trusted advisor' for a number of significant industry names.
WILLIAM EDDY -BSc (Hons)
Will joined Trinovant in 2020 having completed his Degree in Building Surveying at Nottingham Trent University alongside a year in industry, and is actively working towards completion of his APC.
Will has a keen interest in all aspects of Building Surveying, notably dilapidations, project management and reinstatement cost assessments.
Will excels in delivering detail and has an eye for good design and craftmanship having a passion for design and photography outside of the workplace.

During occupation we help to plan and manage any fit out works required to meet your occupational requirements.
At lease end we have extensive knowledge in the strategic planning required to effectively manage your exit strategy to ensure minimal disruption and best value. We do this by advising on break notices, lease surrender’s and negotiation of dilapidation claims.
