Trinovant were appointed to manage the relocation and CAT B fit out works for Buck Consulting in their new c9,000 sqft office.
An extensive client engagement process informed a detailed RFP allowing a competitive design and build procurement route. Following which Trinovant worked hard to meet the UK teams brief along with their international corporate requirements.
The project was successfully delivered on programme and under budget with the end result far exceeding initial client expectations.
Strategic Development Advice, Project Works & Maintenance Planning

Tyttenhanger House is a 17th Century Grade I listed office set within 42 acres of parkland, and incorporating a chapel and detached Grade II Listed office building.
Trinovant have provided strategic advice on the development, maintenance, and refurbishment of the site since its purchase in 2018. This includes heritage considerations, cost consultancy, risk profiling of backlog maintenance works, and planned project works.
Trinovant have a long term role overseeing and advising the client through extensive master planning and budget recommendations to meet their long term objectives.
Loxone HQ, Theale
Pre-Acquisition Building Survey & RCA
Client – Loxone
Location – Theale, UK
Trinovant were appointed alongside mechanical & electrical engineers to undertake a pre-acquisition survey of a c10,000sq ft detached two storey office building located adjacent to Theale train station.
The building is to become our clients new UK headquarters and as such required an enhanced brief to comment on fit out opportunities, risks and long term maintenance costs.
As owner occupiers, a detailed Reinstatement Cost Assessment was also required to meet the clients insurance requirements.

Trinovant acted on behalf of the tenant, defending their dilapidations claim in their North London Office.
Trinovant advised the client throughout the process, identifying the options and associated risks available at each stage.
An extensive negotiation process which included an array of non-standard settlement techniques resulted in a near 100% saving for the tenant.
