Trinovant were appointed to undertake planned preventative maintenance (PPM) inspections and prepare associated survey reports outlining short-long term repairs and maintenance required.
Reports were inclusive of the associated 10 year forecasted budget costs to allow the client to accurately forecast expenditure moving forward across a number of their assets (totally c.60,000 sqft) and correctly allocate service charge and capital expenditure required.

Reinstatement Cost Assessment Portfolio

Trinovant were appointed to undertake Reinstatement Cost Assessments for this portfolio of high profile central London office buildings.
A complex assessment was required to ensure accurate re-build costs inclusive of a full measured survey and working closely with the client to ensure adjustments were suitably captured and substantiated.

Strategic Development Advice, Project Works & Maintenance Planning

Tyttenhanger House is a 17th Century Grade I listed office set within 42 acres of parkland, and incorporating a chapel and detached Grade II Listed office building.
Trinovant have provided strategic advice on the development, maintenance, and refurbishment of the site since its purchase in 2018. This includes heritage considerations, cost consultancy, risk profiling of backlog maintenance works, and planned project works.
Trinovant have a long term role overseeing and advising the client through extensive master planning and budget recommendations to meet their long term objectives. Most recently we have completed the refurbishment of ground floor office suites allowing an above market letting within four weeks of completion.

Lumanity appointed Trinovant to act as EA on their new London office which sought to bring together a handful of businesses under one roof whilst also enticing staff back to the office post pandemic.
A detailed brief and thorough tender process ensured selection of the most appropriate D&B firm to see this project through to completion.
A genuinely exciting project to work on with a great team and interesting base build to work from led to the successful completion of this scheme on budget.
