Trinovant were appointed to undertake a comprehensive review of the incoming tenant’s CAT B fit out proposals across multiple office floors to identify any potential design red flags and ensure the landlords asset was best protected via a licence to alter.

As part of the role Trinovant undertook regular monitoring inspections, liaison with the solicitors and signed off at completion of the works.
